Stop Smoking Today I just wanted to let you know that I think your CD's are great!!!
I've been a heavy smoker for the past 20 years (last year I was smoking
30-40 a day).
But thanks to your CD's I've been a non smoker since 13/08/04 & I feel
fantastic!!!
I spent less than an hour each evening listening to your soothing voice tell
me how to quit & I did it...... I'd tried loads of other methods, but yours
worked for me.
Please feel free to print my comments, the more people who quit the better.

Eat Less, Lose Weight for Women
'Just a few words of appreciation for your research and production of the
CD, Eat Less, Lose Weight for Women.
You have combined interesting and not always known or fully absorbed information about our relation to food and eating. To be reminded that at
one time our stomachs would signal hunger as well as tell us when we are full is
helpful as we try to understand why we overeat, remodel our behaviour, and
hear the signals from our body accurately.
Knowing that we have had a protective reason for overeating in the past and that with determination we can replace it with new behaviour and growing
acceptance and expression of our emotions gives us hope. We can once
again be the controlling force in turning our internal image of our bodies into
reality. We can learn slowly to let the world get to know the slim person
we really are. We can learn to enjoy the new role we have chosen for ourselves.
This is not an instant fix. This is for a lifetime.
The Baroque music during periods of relaxation allows the valuable information which follows to be taken in fully and digested with no
disturbing thoughts from the outside world. I have found the technique to be very
beneficial in comprehending and remembering the material.
I highly recommend Eat Less, Lose Weight for Women.'

Eat Less, Lose Weight for
Men
"David's CD set "Eat
Less, Lose Weight for Men" is more than a diet. It changed
the way I feel about food at a very base level. It reaffirms
what you already know but have lost touch with over the years,
putting healthy nutritious food back to the centre of your mind.
Well worth every penny! Thank you David."

Freedom from
Pain
"I was
orignally diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma March 2003, which meant I
had to have 3 months of chemotherapy. During the treatment I tried
the "Freedom from Pain" CDs, which helped me to relax,
forget about the treatment and feel more energetic.
Unfortunately, 9 months after finishing the initial treatment, the
cancer has relapsed and I have to be given a higher dose
chemotherapy. After the first dose of treatment I felt tired, had
acid and my breathing felt heavy and irregular.
I started using the self hypnosis CDs again. This time round the CDs
made a big difference, they helped my breathing feel normal, made me
feel deeply relaxed and most importantly, are helping me to keep a
positive outlook on things."
Mr Hitesh Arjan, Neasden
"Many thanks
for your helpful CD. I find your CD very effective in helping me to
relax and "let go" of the stiffness and pain associated
with the rheumatoid arthritis I have suffered from for thirty years.
Also, your breathing technique appears to help the bronchioctasis in
my lungs, which is a great blessing."
Mrs Lynne O'Callaghan, Wembley.
"I am
delighted about this product. Having heard it, I feel a bit drowsy,
relaxed and in no pain."

Mind
& Body Tone Up
"I
have been skeptical about the value of hypnosis. I know Freud used
it, as did many others in the late 19th and early 20th centuries,
but many gave it up as a regular practice. However, Freud continued
to believe in it and did personal research on hypnosis during his
lifetime.
"During the past six months I have become unable to sleep well
and found I was obsessing about the ongoing saga of trying to sell a
flat. I was anxious and my brain felt fragmented. I could not
concentrate on anything other than the agonies of the process
I was involved in. This was not rational but I could not get
out of it, and I am a therapist who believes in self-analysis.
"I came across David Botsford's self-hypnosis CD and thought it
might be the right time to experiment. Waking up early one morning,
while still in bed, I put the CD in my player with earphones and lay
back to see what would happen. It took only a few minutes for
David's voice and the Baroque music to put me in a tranquil state. I
listened, or rather let the words and music wash over me, and before
I realized it the CD had finished and I fell into a deep and
delicious sleep for about an hour. I woke up with a smile of wonder
at how I was feeling. Some of the images have stayed with me and
come into my mind when I start to let worries overtake me.
"This morning a nagging problem was again disturbing my sleep
and I repeated the process. Again I fell into a restful sleep for an
hour and woke refreshed.
"I will continue to keep the CD by my bedside and I am
recommending David's self-hypnosis collection to my clients. I am
convinced his voice, words and the Baroque music are beneficial,
helping you not only to breathe regularly, thus calming and relaxing
your body, but also the self-hypnotic process realigns your
fractured brainwaves, allowing you to think clearly."

"Among the CDs on offer there's a new self-hypnosis range which uses a
combination of hypnotic suggestion and Baroque music performed by a specially assembled "hypnotic orchestra". Certainly David
Botsford, the Harley Street hypnotherapist who fronts Baroque CDs, is well-regarded - and
his voice is terrifyingly soothing."
